At SPHOORTI, we lay great emphasis on providing a very healthy diet. The table shows the diet regime we follow for our children.

Notes:

Inputs of Vitamin A through carrots where needed
In summer, we replace ragi porridge and milk with buttermilk
DEXORANGE syrup for kids where necessary
All children drink milk an hour after dinner
Deworming for all children every six months

While eating food, we ensure the following

Children wash their hands, plates and glasses before and after eating
Children mix and eat food with fingers, and food doesn't touch the palm
