As an organization committed to bringing positive change in the lives of underprivileged children, Sphoorti has been embarking on new initiatives from time to time.

a) Hepatitis B Vaccination - The Asian Institute of Gastroenterology (AIG) conducted a medical camp at Sphoorti in which around 100 children were provided vaccination (ShanVac B) against Hepatitis B. The AIG will administer the second dose of the vaccination in mid July.

b) Filtered Drinking Water - We have installed Kemflo (Reverse Osmosis) Water Purifier in the newly constructed Girls Home and Aqua Guard at other premises to ensure safe drinking water for the children.

c) Green Furniture - We are using doors made from Wood-Plastic-Composite (WPC) in our new premises as part of our 'Going Green' initiative.
