We have an amazing team of caretakers with high commitment and energy levels. Sphoorti currently employs three members - two women and one man. Each of them stays here 24x7

Mrs Ramana Rathnam aka 'Auntie' - She is the heart and the pride of Sphoorti. It is difficult to guage the amount of efforts and dedication she brings to her work. Anyone who has been to Sphoorti will vouchfor her work

Mrs Lakshmi is the junior caretaker and will play a a more important role in the near future. Currently, she assists Mrs Rathnam in taking care of

Mr Subba Rao aka 'Uncle' is Mrs Rathnam's husband and plays multiple roles - security, store-keeping et al.

Other Key Members

Dr Anuradha and Dr Sravan - our benevolent physician couple. They do not charge consultation fees from Sphoorti children.

Mr Govinda Raju - Our ever helpful Chartered Accountant. His services make up for the lack of an accountant in Sphoorti.
